If you forgot your Facebook password you cant access your account at all. So that you need to reset your Facebook password by clicking forgotten password link at the homepage of the Facebook.

Step To Reset Password
1. Go to Facebook.com  & click at forgotten password.

2. Here you  have to put your Email Address/Phone Number/Your
    Name as facebook to find your account.

3. After search done it give you that account and show the profile
    pic here you have to click on - This is my account..

4. Chose send code via Email or SMS then click on continue

5. Enter the security code received by your Email/Phone by SMS..

6.thenclick on continue

then give a strong passsword
7.chose logout from other device and continue
thats is all are done
